Competitions - Injuries and Insurance
Dubbo Touch Association is a current affiliate of New South Wales Touch Association (NSWTA) who is in turn affiliated with Touch Football Australia (TFA). TFA is the only Touch Football national organisation recognised by the Australian Sports Commission and the Australian Government and as such is deemed the National Sporting Organisation (NSO).
In protecting all of the affiliated members within Australia, TFA manages, negotiates, and controls annually the National Insurance Scheme.
Through this process, affiliated associations have the security and understanding that the national body will ensure they have continuous protection and coverage for the individuals who participate, the officials that control the game, the administrators and committee members who conduct competitions and finally all the volunteers who work at varying levels within the affiliated structure of the sport.

Injured playing touch during a Dubbo Touch competition?
The first step for anyone injured at Dubbo Touch is to download and complete the application form below and contact either the respective competition coordinator or email email@example.com.
The player section on the application must be completed by the player first and then take the completed form to the clubhouse to see a Dubbo Touch representative to finalise the paperwork. If the form is not complete we are unable to sign it and the form cannot be submitted.
A copy of the game sheet is required from the date in which a player is injured.
